2024-25 Topps Merlin UEFA Club Competitions

The 2024-25 Topps Merlin UEFA Club Competitions revives the iconic Merlin name on a fully Chrome, Refractor-driven set spanning the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League. Combining nostalgic Merlin branding with modern Chrome technology, it is one of the season’s most colourful and chase-heavy football releases — and every card here is available as an individual single.

Base Set

The base set contains 200 cards, expanded from the usual 150, and gathers the biggest stars of European club football. Each base card is printed on Chrome stock, giving every player that signature Refractor shine.

Box Formats

The product is issued in three main formats:

• Hobby Box — the primary format for autographs and numbered parallels.
• Breaker Delight Box — a single-pack format popular with breakers.
• Value Blaster Box — retail format with its own exclusive Mini-Diamond Refractor parallels.

On average, each Hobby Box delivers:

Parallels

The Refractor rainbow is the heart of the set, running from the common Refractor all the way to a one-of-one Superfractor. Numbered tiers include Rose Gold /250, Pink /199, Blue /150, Magenta /125, Green /99, Aqua /75, Gold /50, Black & White Vintage Merlin /35, Pearl /30, Orange /25, Purple /15, Black /10, Red /5 and Gold Vintage Merlin /3. Many tiers also appear in a Speckle or Atomic finish. Atomic Refractors are found only in Hobby, while Mini-Diamond Refractors are exclusive to Value Blasters.

Inserts

The insert line-up mixes new and returning themes: Merlin’s Chosen Ones (rising talents), Ageless Alchemy (legends), Mystic Nights, Elite Society, Merlin’s Gamers, The Shiny, Hidden Gems and the Merlin 1995 30th Anniversary sticker-style tribute. The stained-glass Renaissance returns as a coveted case-hit chase, alongside the ultra-rare The Grail.

Autographs & Memorabilia

Signed cards come in several themed subsets: Base Autographs, Ageless Alchemy Autographs, European Knights Autographs, Mystic Nights Autographs, Sorcerers Autographs and the rare Wizard Variation Autographs. The premium Marks of Excellence autographs headline the signing list. On the memorabilia side, Merlin’s Match Ball Signatures and Dual Match Ball Signatures pair on-card ink with official match-ball pieces.
