Thank you for being part of our community. Please read the following terms that apply to all group breaks organized by byCollectors.
To join a break, comment under the specific post with the team or player name you’d like to purchase.
Once your comment is marked with THUMBS UP, your spot is confirmed — please proceed with the payment.
If your comment is marked with CRYING SMILEY, the spot has already been taken — do not pay.
Payments must be made as soon as your spot is confirmed, and before the break starts.
Unpaid spots will not be included in the break.

To have your cards shipped, please order shipping through our website:
Order Shipping
Shipping cut-off time is every Wednesday at 10:00 AM.
If your payment for shipping is received before the deadline, your cards will be shipped that week.
If you miss the deadline, your cards will remain stored and can be shipped the following week.
Your cards can be stored with us for a maximum of 2 months.
Once a month, we will remind all members in the group to request shipment of stored cards.
If you leave the group and do not request shipment, your storage slot will be closed and your cards will be discarded.
byCollectors is not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping by postal or courier services.
All cards are carefully packed and protected before dispatch.
If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier immediately and contact us for assistance.
byCollectors is not responsible for the contents of sealed products (e.g., boxes, packs) — those are determined by the manufacturer.
byCollectors processes personal data (name, address, contact details, payment information) solely for the purpose of processing payments, shipping cards, and customer communication.
Data is not shared with third parties except for shipping providers responsible for delivery.
Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data upon request.
All content published in the group and on the website (texts, photos, videos, logos, graphics) is the property of byCollectors or its partners.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of this content without written consent from byCollectors is prohibited.
By joining any break organized by byCollectors, posting a comment under a break post, or completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
byCollectors reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
