Al Ain FC — history and honours

Al Ain FC, founded in 1968 and based in the city of Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates, is one of the country's most successful football clubs. The team plays its home matches at the modern Hazza bin Zayed Stadium, and competes in the UAE Pro League (also known as the Arabian Gulf League).

On the pitch Al Ain have collected numerous domestic titles, multiple President's Cups and famously won the AFC Champions League, cementing their reputation both nationally and across Asia. Their sustained success and continental appearances make Al Ain a flagship club in Emirati football.

Famous players and collectible highlights

Al Ain has been home to standout talents such as Omar Abdulrahman and Asamoah Gyan, whose cards are among the most sought-after by collectors. Memorabilia from title-winning squads and continental campaigns—especially AFC Champions League sets—carry extra interest and value for fans and investors alike.

Card collectors prize Al Ain issues for several reasons: high-profile internationals who wore the club shirt, celebrated domestic stars, and memorable tournament runs. The most desirable items typically include rookie cards of top talents, limited autographed inserts, match-worn patch cards and low-numbered parallels issued around major trophies.
